Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount paid (including the original shipping costs). Return shipping costs, however, are the responsibility of the customer.

We encourage you to carefully consult the size guides available on each product page before placing your order.

Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or personalised products (e.g., items printed with names, special requests, or unique modifications). Standard designs from our collections are not considered personalised, so they may be returned within the 14-day period.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at geral@clinicase.pt with the following information:

• Order number
• Photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)
• Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back directly to the printing facility.

Important Notes

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.
