Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are counted in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- US: 6–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 6–15 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and estimated delivery are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
Free shipping on orders over 75€!
Customs Fees
If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other local fees according to the destination’s regulations.
Please note that we handle the shipment, but any local customs duties, taxes, or related fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order under “Orders” when you log in to My Account.
Missing Items
If your order shows as delivered but you notice that some items are missing, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
To initiate the process, please keep all packaging and provide the following:
- General photos of the parcel (preferably from different angles)
- Photos of the contents received
- Details about the delivery method (e.g., left at door, delivered to reception)
- Condition of the parcel upon delivery (e.g., damaged, opened, retaped)
Important: keep everything you have received, including the cardboard box and inner packaging, until the investigation with the courier is concluded.
